How do you control the tab order of controls?

Answer

The tab order of controls is set in the template layout view.  The order in which controls appear in the tree view is the tab order.  Controls at the top have an earlier tab order than controls at the bottom.

Use the control inspector to move controls up or down and thus change the tab order.
